Position Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead account management for major projects with End Users and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. This role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive 5-year growth plan aimed at enhancing relationships, driving sales growth, and securing inclusion in Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs).

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Achieve individual and aggregate booking targets while developing a 5-year growth strategy for key accounts.Identify and prioritize strategic EPC accounts for promoting high-end engineered products.Advocate for inclusion in AMLs and establish corporate standards with key clients.Support and coordinate plant audits and customer visits to strengthen relationships.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.Utilize corporate approvals effectively at major customer sites.Coordinate global sales efforts and develop measurable KPIs and growth metrics.Collaborate with stakeholders, including OEMs, EPCs, and customers, on specification and project development.Enhance presence within installed bases at major end-user accounts.Promote standardization initiatives at targeted OEMs.Create additional sales tools as necessary to support the sales process.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, inclusion, and shared success.Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management; advanced degree preferred.15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development leadership within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with major industry players.Key competencies: Integrity, Strategic Agility, Customer Focus, Communication, Teamwork, Resilience, and Business Acumen.Performance Standards:
