The
B usiness Development Manager-Sustainable Fuels, will be responsible for the following:Analyzes hydrocarbon and ESG related market value chain and its trend to identify project opportunities and development of business.Implement sales strategies, tactics and action plan that achieve aggressive sales growth at targeted margins for designated products, with major focus on sustainable fuels.Establish clear financial and performance goals and achieve these goals within established cost and budget parameters.Coordinate timely and complete provision of the requisite inputs for processing proposals as well as supporting the internal process for all binding proposals to ensure high proposal quality.Ensure that all sales data and reporting responsibilities are managed within the expected deadlines.Periodically travel throughout the region to call upon clients and make strategic relationships. Identify and assess new potential markets and business opportunities.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in engineering, preferably chemical engineering.10+ years of sales experience in the EPC industry/Oil and gas industry.Proven ability to develop relationships within the EPC market space.Well organized, disciplined individual, with a reputation for integrity, maturity, and sound business judgment.Customer-focused; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have the demeanor and professionalism required building strong relationships, both within and outside the company.Outgoing, self-directed, aggressive and creative to be able to identify and maximize opportunities.
