The Impact You'll Make:
Our Field Marketing team is looking for an experienced driver of B2B event-based marketing campaigns that will measurably grow our merchant network. You will have experience planning and implementing successful in-person field marketing activities, inclusive of trade shows, and to help promote Enterprise business development programs. This will involve planning and preparing phases, ensuring the smooth execution during each event, and conducting analysis and post-event evaluation against Field Marketing goals. You will report to our Head of Digital.Strategically decide how to show up in the market and target specific accounts to create meaningful and impactful experiencesBuild and implement marketing programs, including hosted event experiences, conferences, and internal eventsOversee event scheduling and logistics including sponsorships, space configuration, booth location, budgeting, production schedule, inventory, planning meetings, invitations, F&B, A/V, marketing materials, venue sourcing and contract paymentsMaintain event documents and presentations, including production schedules and supporting promotional materials and placementsCultivate relationships with internal collaborators to improve opportunities for marketing promotion and sales engagementsBuild relationships with vendors and associations to drive market reach and brand positioningSource and negotiate pricing with vendors such as trade show associations, onsite facilities, installations, hotels, caterers, A/V vendors, and shippingWhat You Should Have:
6+ years of B2B marketing inclusive of event planning, budgeting, and curating hosted event marketing experiencesBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or similar fieldProficiency in evolving campaigns based on performance data and comprehensive reports, feedback from sales, and industry and business knowledgeExperience engaging and educating diverse audiencesAbility to travel 25% for onsite event management and team gatheringsLocation:
This hybrid role is required to work onsite at our NYC, DC, or Chicago office a minimum of 2 days/week.
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $147,000 + bonus (for certain roles) + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
