The Role
We have an exciting opportunity join Origina as our new Business Development Representative (BDR). The role is the first interaction prospective customers have with Origina and will support our business growth in Europe. The team is comprised of tenacious, positive and hard-working individuals dedicated to outstanding achievement and success of themselves, the sales team and the company. Origina is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented and creative sales team member looking to further build their career in sales.
Tenaciously prospecting, qualifying and capturing leads and opportunities through prospecting via multiple mediums incl. phone, email, and social mediaCreatively following up on inbound leads to further peak prospect interestSuccessfully creating opportunities within your assigned regionPartnering with senior sales executives in your assigned region in pursuit of driving revenue for the organisation and promotion within the sales organisationDriving attendance to and attending events and tradeshows in partnership with senior sales executivesCreating a steady flow of outbound communications to drive engagementMaintaining velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement and most importantly, revenueBuilding rapport and cultivating relationships with a variety of team membersDemonstrating consultative sales approach by creating value-based partnershipsConsistently achieving quotaBuilding rapport with prospective customers, partners (internal and external) and moving the sales process forwardWorking diligently with your team members to share feedback and best practicesAbout you
Fluent English language skills required, other European languages are an advantage1+ years of professional experience, preferably in business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalentBachelor's degree preferredExperience & enjoyment working in a collaborative team environmentSelf-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customerDevotion to sales development, achievement and driving sales career forward rapidlyKnowledge of general technology terms & trends would be an advantageAbility to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication & social media skillsStrong multi-tasking, problem solving, and organisational skillsSolid technical aptitude & business acumenCurious, positive and ambitious attitudeKnowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking systemPassport and ability to travel occasionallyAbility to work in a way that aligns with our values of Trust, Fairness, Relationships, and OpportunityWhat we offer
