IT Business Manager IV

Job Summary:
The IT Business Manager IV will provide business analysis, analytics and strategic insights to enable business management for the IT organization. Key areas of focus include tracking, reporting and benchmarking IT performance across all major domains and the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and integrated demand forecasting and capacity planning model to provide stakeholders with recommendations based on insights and data.
Essential Functions:Lead the development and maintenance of tracking and reporting solutions to assist in managing and executing the IT strategyLead the development and delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT operational metricsLead and support special projects to increase IT performance in partnership with functional business areasLead periodic benchmarking of IT maturity across key functionsMentor IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellenceIdentify & implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce downtime, and increase productivityGenerate regular IT leadership reports describing workforce models, trends, risks, and mitigation plansCreate and deliver executive level presentations that identify key insights and identify key actions that support IT strategy and objectivesProvide oversight and direction for other analystsPerform any other job duties as requestedEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredMinimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT and/or business analysisManagement experience is preferredPrevious management experience with responsibility for delivering IT services in a large enterprise or consulting organization is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:
Executive maturity and an ability to work effectively with senior executivesFamiliarity with IT implementation projects and IT strategy formulation is preferredStrong communications professional with experience with managing internal communications programs and supporting senior leadership communicationsAbility to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once in a fast-paced environment with minimal directionCollaborative managerial skills with exceptional analytical, presentation and interpersonal skillsResults oriented with a strong track record of success and measurable impactEffective team player who can lead efforts across disciplinesAttention to detail and project management skillsAbility to oversee and deliver multiple deliverables across projects and deadlinesAbility to work through ambiguous situations and to proactively take action without instructionLicensure and Certification:

General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeCompensation Range:$108,600.00 - $190,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
