Document Control Specialist
to join our growing team in
Tualatin, Oregon . This position is 100% on-site.
Local candidates only.
The successful candidate will
have 3-7 years of Construction Document Control experience
related to the Semiconductor Industry. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, clearly communicate, and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Candidates work history must represent increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis throughout their career.
Responsibilities Manage storage and retrieval of company documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity Store, scan, image, organize, manage, and track company documents Adhere to all client procedures and record retention policies Safeguard information Retrieve data per company guidelines Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule May support program documentation systems such as Requests for Information, or RFIs, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs Other documents managed by the document control team include construction drawings, specifications, submittals, inspection and test reports, closeout documentation, meeting minutes and correspondence Train employees on records management procedures and policies, including documentation uploading, retention, and retrieval Assist with file migrations and audits Perform administrative tasks as needed Maintain office equipment Prepare reports Manage manual and electronic filing systems Provide project notices as required to CM and AE Coordinate document transfer and publish. Review and finalize record documentation. Maintain Project Distribution List and project Meeting Matrix Provide Owner Administration support for Box, BIM360 and other user platforms as identified. Provide owner procured submittal or vendor document transfer. Support procurement for RFP supporting documents. Coordinate transfer of documents and owner response for notices and owner RFIs. Attend weekly risk, change management, and design management meetings Attend monthly cost forecast meetings Attend ad hoc positioning and programing report out meetings Attend ad hoc design review meetings Requirements
3-7 years' of document control for construction experience Good prioritization and time management skills Ability to multitask and troubleshoot Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills - communicate with internal and external business partners Computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) PM Web or other document control software experience is also desirable such as Blue Beam, Plan Grid, Procore, Adobe Pro, etc. Must be self-directed and able to work independently Highly motivated and focused individual Detail-oriented, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy as there is contact with complex and sensitive documents Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point 3-7+ years of administrative experience in the construction management industry Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to prioritize tasks and be well organized Must have a pleasant personality to work with
