Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will gather and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for our outpatient clinic, clinical research, and rehab lines of business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, strong business/operational understanding, and effective communication skills to translate data into clear, impactful findings. Your work will play a key role in guiding our company’s data-driven decisions and helping us achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence with a self-starter attitude; able to autonomously design and build effective dashboards from the ground up.
Ability to manipulate disparate data from various sources within Excel; familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and query languages (SQL) is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
2-3+ years of proven experience as Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and analyze data to generate regular and ad hoc reports for various departments, as requested by management.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate key operational, clinical, and financial insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Identify trends and patterns in operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure reports align with organizational standards and regulatory compliance.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data validation and cleaning.
Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
