Transportation Realty Agent 2 - Kanawha County

Salary: $1,811.54 - $2,632.70 Biweekly Closing Date: 11/6/2024 11:59 PM Eastern Location: Kanawha County _ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: _TRAINING/EDUCATION: Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university. _SUBSTITUTION: Experience as described below may be substituted for the required training/education through an established formula. AND Applicants must have completed the Division of Highways course "Appraisal Principles" or one appraisal course recognized by the Appraisal Institute or the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers. _ EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in appraisal or appraisal review, negotiations, real estate management or real estate sales, relocation, other right-of-way experience, construction, surveying, or business operations. _SUBSTITUTION: Successful completion of graduate coursework from a regionally accredited college or university may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience through an established formula. _ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT: Travel may be required; therefore, a valid drivers license is required. NATURE OF WORK: The Transportation Realty Agent 2 position performs advanced level work in real property appraisal, real property rights acquisition, relocation assistance, property management, and right-of-way engineering and surveying. Serves as lead on projects, relocations, and acquisitions. Distinguishing factor between level the Transportation Realty Agent 2 and Transportation Realty Agent 1 is the lead role in different areas of projects. Performs related work as required. Travel may be required; therefore, a valid drivers license is required. _ _Pay Grade: 15
