to join their team. As an HRM, you will act as a strategic leader, providing valuable guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching, with a focus on improving workplace culture and engagement.Main Responsibilities:Lead and manage
Leave of Absence (LOA)
processes.Drive
employee engagement
strategies and initiatives.Conduct and manage
workplace investigations .Oversee
performance management
processes, including coaching for managers and leaders.Provide expert guidance on
employee relations
issues.Offer coaching and development for
hiring managers and leaders , improving their leadership effectiveness.Manage employee
surveys
and analyze survey data to inform decision-making and drive positive changes.Ensure compliance with
labor laws
and company policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources ,
Business Administration , or a related field.At least
3 to 5 years
of experience in an
HR Generalist
role.Experience conducting workplace
investigations , participating in
unemployment hearings , and responding to
legal requests .Proven ability to
coach managers
and add value to workplace culture and employee morale.Experience in a
high-volume employee relations
setting is required.Prior experience in industries such as
human services, healthcare, hospitality, or retail
is preferred.Strong multitasking
skills and ability to manage competing priorities.Must be able to pass a background check, including
CORI , driving record, and reference checks.
