Construction Coordinator III
to join our
Construction Management Group . This position will be based in either

Construction office and project administration
Document management and electronic processing of field reports, technical data, Pre-Activity meetings, and materials test reports.Daily document control and management of contract documentsPrepare meeting agendas and minutes for distributionPrepare and process RFI's, submittals, progress pay applications, extra work billings, and contract change ordersSupport CM project managers with coordination and scheduling of field activities.Copy, edit, and proofread proposalsDevelop marketing materials, proposal content, and qualification packages; create presentations for CM pursuit interviewsAssist with processing CM group invoicingMay coach and/or guide a subordinate group.Required Skills & Required Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred5+ years of experience with diverse business operations, including accounting, marketing, and document control functions.Familiarity with construction vernacular, comfortable interfacing with construction personnel and working in field construction officeStrong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teamsExceptional written and oral communications skillsEffective coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management skillsGeneral accounting and project controls experience with enterprise resource planning softwareMust have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.Don't meet every single requirement?
