This role provides the chance to contribute to impactful compensation projects, supporting key organizational initiatives.Job Description :The HR Specialist/Compensation Analyst will deliver expertise in compensation analysis, partnering with HR and leadership teams to ensure fair and competitive pay structures. The role involves managing compensation programs, ensuring compliance with compensation policies, and collaborating on key HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Oversee bonus program management, including tracking and payout calculations.Process employee status changes (e.g., full-time to part-time) and update internal systems accordingly.Manage tasks within HRIS systems (Dayforce/Workday), ensuring accuracy in data entry and system updates.Assist with the development of employee incentive programs and provide input on compensation strategy.Conduct salary analysis using market surveys and internal data, recommending salary ranges for new roles.Review and recommend salary adjustments for promotions, transfers, and employment status changes.Maintain updated salary structures across multiple markets, adjusting for geographic and market factors.Manage job description databases, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.Collaborate with the compensation team on annual reviews and updates to compensation policies.Participate in performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines.Prepare compensation reports and presentations for senior leaders, contributing to budget planning.Provide analytical support for complex compensation projects and initiatives.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address compensation-related issues effectively.Support the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to policy.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)1-2 years of experience in compensation analysis (Healthcare industry experience preferred)Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) and proficiency in PowerPointExperience with HR information systems (Workday highly preferred)Knowledge of compensation guidelines and salary market databasesStrong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organizationPreferred certifications: CCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR credentials
