What you will do:•Support Daily Operations: Work with the Construction and Engineering team focusing on Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Site Acquisition, Construction Management, and Integration onshore and offshore to enhance processes, optimize resources, and ensure timely project delivery.•Collaborate on Innovative Solutions: Partner with various teams to bring creative ideas to life, contributing to strategies that enhance margins and fulfill customer commitments.•Leverage Technology: Explore automation and AI applications to streamline workflows, driving efficiency through tech-driven improvements.•Analyze Performance: Develop reports and presentations that assess project performance and efficiencies using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.•Gain Hands-On Experience: Work with essential software platforms such as MS Teams, MS Project, and Power BI while learning the ins and outs of telecom construction and engineering.•Bring Fresh Perspectives: Share your insights on technology and innovation, using your Gen A/Gen Z viewpoint to challenge the norm.
You will bring:•Degree Types: We welcome applicants with degrees in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom), Math, Science, Business, or Psychology. Diverse backgrounds help us tackle complex challenges.•Vendor Management and Supply Chain: Candidates in these fields will add value by effectively managing relationships and processes.•Automation/AI Focus: Degrees in Information Technology or Computer Science are a plus, especially with experience in automation and AI tools.•Essential Skills: Proficiency in MS Teams and Excel is crucial, along with a willingness to quickly learn Power BI. Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a bonus.•Location: We have an office-first culture in Plano, TX. On-site attendance is required at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with flexibility as needed.
Salary Range:•Bachelors: $94,000
Hiring Bonus:•Bachelors: $8,500
