We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Bid and Proposal Management organization. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to drive automation and simplification within the proposal management organization by leveraging Ericsson AI application playground, Microsoft Power BI Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate.

What you will do:Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather use cases and identity areas within the proposal management process where automation and Ericsson approved AI applications can be implemented.Assist in the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies that align with the organization goals and objectives.Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks, such as data entry, document generation, and approval processes, etc.Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of AI-driven automation on efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings within the organization.Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, develop project plans, and track progress towards milestones.Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and documentation to support the adoption of AI applications among team members.Collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously improve AI models and algorithms based on user feedback and performance metrics.Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in AI, automation, and proposal management to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to the team.The skills you bring:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field - must be a Junior or Senior in the Fall of 2025Citizen developer mindset with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation tools like Power Automate.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability and ownership.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to further professional development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MS Apps, MS Power Automate and MS CoPilot.Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
