We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our team and support the sourcing of suppliers and the digitalization of their information in a comparative database. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis, and digital transformation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you will do:Assist in identifying potential suppliers through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to support the company's sourcing needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize supplier information, including product offerings, pricing, and quality standards, and input this data into a digital database for easy comparison and evaluation.Contribute to the development and implementation of digital tools and platforms to streamline the supplier onboarding and management process, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Support the learning and development initiatives related to supplier management by creating training materials, conducting research on best practices, and participating in ongoing projects to improve sourcing processes.The skills you bring:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in learning and development, supplier management, and digitalization.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry and analysis is preferred.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as supplier management software or databases, is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support supplier sourcing and digitalization efforts.

Your Pay:The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.•California: $32- $47 per hour•Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $32- $43 per hour•All other US locations: $30- $40 per hour
Sponsorship: Ericsson Inc. does not sponsor US work authorizations for this job position including H-1B, O-1, L-1, and TN. Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position.
