We believe that advanced network capabilities are essential for the future digitalization of businesses and society as a whole.We are looking for a proactive Partner Security Director to serve as the key point of contact between our organization and its partners globally, including customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors. This role will focus on ensuring that security requirements are met and that our security posture is aligned with industry best practices and partner expectations.
What you will do:Act as the primary liaison for security matters between the Security organization and its external partners, facilitating clear communication and understanding of security requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, acting as the main point of contact for GNP security-related issues.Assess and manage security requirements for Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and customers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Organize and facilitate readiness activities for CSPs and customers to prepare for audits, assessments, and compliance checks.Prioritize security initiatives based on specific country regulations and CSP requirements, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of security operations and collaboration with partners.Facilitate regular security briefings, and respond to customer concerns regarding data protection, compliance, and security incidents.Regularly assess Customer Service Providers to ensure their security posture meets the organization's standards.Lead readiness assessments for CSPs, ensuring that all necessary security measures are in place before new deployments.Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine and maintain exposure blueprints based on the latest security developments and risks.Manage the prioritization process, balancing security risks and business goals.Oversee the rollout of security measures in various countries, ensuring that high-risk areas are addressed first, and that the organization maintains global compliance.Oversee efforts to streamline security processes, such as automating routine tasks, improving response times to incidents, and ensuring faster execution of CSP readiness activities.Regularly review performance metrics to measure efficiency gains and adjust strategies as needed.Partner with internal security and product teams to provide integrated, secure solutions that align with CSP and customer security requirements.The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Strong understanding of information security principles and frameworks.5+ Years of Experience working with external partners in a security capacity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive efficiency in operations.

Your PayThe salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Plano, Texas: $130,400.00 - $171,150.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your TimeYour work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of maternity/medical leave, 6 weeks of paternity or adoption leave at 100% of pay, and medical leave at 100% or 66 2/3% of pay, based on length of service.
