Phillips 66 is looking for a

Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator

to join our new Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Expertise in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will work closely with our L&D program managers to ensure learning experiences go smoothly by managing administration and coordination of learning events. This role is key to our team's operational excellence, and you're encouraged to bring new ideas, recommendations, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting facilitators by keeping learners engaged online, interacting with learners via chat, and addressing technical issues as needed

Marketing learning events using various communication channels and corresponding with learners before and after learning events

Catering arrangements, securing appropriately sized rooms, ensuring supplies, materials and technology are available

Managing information in SAP for invoice setup and processing; researching third- party content providers and other external groups as needed

Proactively managing materials and supplies for learning events and keeping them organized; and assisting team with creating, revising, and maintaining various documents (e.g., presentations, spreadsheets, forms, surveys, etc.)

Being the primary contact for our L&D team, learners, and external business contacts (e.g., reliably available to answer general L&D inquiries and escorting visitors)

Facilitating the DRM process for the L&D team, including keeping shared documents well organized and compliant, developing, and administering document and recordkeeping processes and procedures

Working with program manager to ensure we have a comprehensive list of future programs documented a year out. Updates to L&D calendars, etc.

Performing other relevant job duties as required

Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

High School diploma or GED

3 or more years of work experience supporting multiple team members in a fast-paced environment

Systems power-user in Microsoft Office and Webex

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

3 or more years of work experience, supporting L&D initiatives in a safety sensitive environment with multiple locations

Demonstrated proficiency in administratively supporting multiple team members in a fast-paced environment

Genuine interest in a pursuing a career in learning and development, this is a good way to get exposed to multiple facets of L&D by working across L&D teams

Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors

Facilitation experience in a virtual setting

Experience working with vendor management

Experience with learning management systems

Experience with Microsoft programs

Comfortable working with all levels within a company

Strong writing skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Strong communication skills

Strong time management skills

Experience with effective use of technology to support learning
