Client seeking NP/PA for PRN shifts in Phoenix, AZ on July 8, August 5, and December 24. Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see adults for primary care, acute care, and physicals. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
