A Family Practice Physician in Modesto, CA is needed for temporary assignments in October and December. Client seeking Physician for family practice opportunity in Modesto, CA on:

1. October 25, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break
2. December 2, 8:00am - 7:00pm with a 60-minute break
3. December 4, 8:00am - 7:00pm with a 60-minute break
4. December 6, 8:00am - 7:00pm with a 60-minute break

Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, and light occupational health. Duties include pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, and work injuries. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment. DOT certification is preferred but not required.
