The Opportunity:
The Employment Specialist II provides community-based vocational support to individuals enrolled in Community Services Program (CSP) and the Comprehensive Community Services program using the Individual Placement and Support model. The Employment Specialist II has an assigned caseload and provides services based on individual treatment plans. The population served includes individuals with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
The pay range for this role is $24.00 - $26.75 based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
Assess the strengths, needs and barriers of individuals.Comfortable working with a diverse population of individuals.Transporting consumers around the community.Conducts job development and job search activities directed toward positions that are individualized to the interests and uniqueness of the people on caseload, following the principles and procedures of IPS.Provides services in adherence to the pillars of Community Treatment program philosophy which include being strength-based, recovery-oriented, person-centered, flexible, trauma informed and consistent with best practice.Completes documentation in compliance with Community Treatment standards, agency policy and applicableServe as an IPS subject matter expert on the multi-disciplinary team.Adheres to scheduled working hours with regular and predictable attendance.Click here for a Realistic Job Preview
