Our client is looking for an experienced
CNO Developer
to join their team in supporting a U.S. Government client with mission-critical software and systems expertise. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom capabilities across multiple platforms for a significant government contract.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Maintenance : Contribute to the full lifecycle of CNO capabilities, including design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance on Unix, Windows, or Mobile platforms.Custom Software Creation : Develop and implement unique software tools and techniques across various platforms.Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand requirements and adapt solutions to meet evolving mission needs.Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software operation and support.Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.Minimum QualificationsSecurity Clearance : Active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph.Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship required.Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python development.Experience developing applications for Windows or Unix environments.Strong understanding of OS internals and network protocols.Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts.
