Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to become the data expert of our company, working primarily with databases and different types of software. This position involves designing, developing and fine-tuning data analytics solutions to manage the various data available and provide business relevant analysis. Position requires deep understanding of business process and company data schemas.

Bachelor degree required and minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT services or development environment.Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (import / live / direct / hybrid / composite data sources).Strong technical skills in writing SQL queries.Experience with MS SQL performance tuning techniques.Advanced knowledge of tabular (DAX) queries development.Excel PowerPivot and PowerView experience.Excellent English communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.Experience with ERP and at least 2 following business areas: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.Ability to present IT BI solutions to end user, explaining them in simple words.Strong capacity to learn business processes, willing to learn.Team player, ability to work in teams with experts of the different software we have.Ability to estimate tasks, to define and to respect deadlines.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.Experience with Azure is a plus.Experience with DataBricks is a plus.Responsibilities

Review and interpret ongoing business requirements.Take active participation in decision process, be data subject matter expert in business processes.Understand existing systems and business data model, research required data, perform data troubleshooting.Validate data quality, define approach and implement data cleansing and data aggregation.Design and create interactive reports in Power BI.Analyze existing SQL queries and write new queries.Implement and optimize DAX code.Monitor PowerBI ecosystem environment, control security.Continuous user satisfaction monitoring, educate business users with PowerBI features, be a first level support for any PowerBI user request.Promote PowerBI and data adoption.Report progress properly to manager, communicate in a proactive way.Manage time effectively to ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on schedule.Provides advanced technical support of solutions provided.Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel
