About the Role
The Trade Marketing Manager for REACH is responsible for the development and implementation of business planning to drive sales across all channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies, a deep understanding of the retail/ oral care operations, and the ability to identify growth opportunities for the brand. This role works closely with the Sales function to align on financial performance and demand.
We’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with growing awareness of brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities: Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the brand budgetImproving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesLeading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailersConceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teamsLeading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibilityVisiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respectedAnalysis and preparation of data for Reach, Physiogel, and Dr. Groot to present to leadership within US and HQ.
Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales ManagementStrong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical dataExcellent Excel skillsYou thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholdersBilingual Korean/English strongly preferredOur Benefits
