Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting our customer base and customer-facing teams.Develop impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with customers.Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives.Support special projects across functions and departments.Partner with cross-functional teams with diverse operations, strategy and analytics backgrounds as they execute on key projects and hunt for insights to drive company strategy.Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus.3+ years' experience in strategy, finance, sales operations, investment banking / PE, or consulting.Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have; familiarity with B2B software is a plus.Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data; Excel ninja.Strong understanding of finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making.Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
