Position Summary :We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing team by creating event marketing materials, coordinating event agendas, and assisting with data analytics to measure the success of our campaigns. This position involves regular travel to support events and is ideal for a self-starter eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :Assist in the creation of marketing materials for events, including posters, brochures, social media assets, and other promotional items.Collaborate with the team to set and coordinate event agendas, ensuring all logistical details are managed.Support event logistics and setup, including on-site assistance as needed.Conduct data analysis to measure the success of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights to help guide future strategy.Utilize Salesforce and Marketo to manage and track campaign performance, report metrics, and support lead generation efforts.Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and quality across all materials.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or event coordination role (internships or volunteer experience welcome).Familiarity with data analytics, with a preference for experience in tools like Salesforce and Marketo.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to travel frequently as needed for events.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a team-oriented approach.Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives !
