We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Learning Content Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining high-quality learning materials that help our sales team better understand our products and improve their sales effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, technology, and sales, and is looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:
Develop engaging and informative learning content, including eLearning modules, video tutorials, presentations, guides, and quizzes that align with the needs of the sales team.Collaborate with SMEs:
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the enablement, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Content Management:
Assist in organizing and managing the content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.Sales Tool Integration:
Support the integration of learning content into various sales tools and platforms to facilitate seamless access for the sales team.Content Review and Updates:
Regularly review and update enablement materials to reflect product updates, industry changes, and feedback from the sales team.Ad-hoc Projects:
Assist with other sales enablement initiatives and projects as needed.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.Skills:Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Basic understanding of B2B software sales and the sales process is a plus.Experience:
