Drive full life-cycle recruitment process for corporate-level open positions with a focus on Account Management roles (inside sales reps, sales engineering, managers of sellers)Reach out to passive candidates with Enterprise access to LinkedIn with an unlimited resource of in-mailsMake recommendations and influence hiring managers on best practicesAct as a partner to the business in identifying the right talentBe a skilled negotiator in the delivery of employment offersNetwork externally for referrals and keep us up-to-date on branding trendsStrive to achieve and exceed monthly goalsUnderstand the importance of pipeline data and the story it tellsWHAT YOU'LL BRING:
1-3 years of recruiting experienceStrong attention to detail, organized and excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThe willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication experienceExperience in identifying and managing effective recruiting vendorsAdvance knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tool, i.e., Greenhouse, Lever, WorkdayProficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointDesired Skills:Ideal candidate will have experience in IT and sales industry experienceExperience working in a fast-paced environment
