Position Overview
The
Sales Executive
(Boston or surrounding based) will be responsible for managing and developing new business for
RELCO Electric’s service and special projects
team. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful service and special project sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth mindset and ready to deliver outstanding service.
Key Deliverables:
Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.Be a true hunter of new business relationships and a world class closer.Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the customers’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.Manage RFP proposals to deliver wins.Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.As necessary, visit customers, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular and effective basis.Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information Follow up on all outstanding RFP’s and project bids with customers.Skills and Experience:
BA in business administration, or similar relevant field experience5+ years of sales experience with electrical projects, selling direct to ownerDemonstrable sales results and an established book of businessOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.Problem-solving and negotiation aptitudeProven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.Strong writing, phone, and presentation skillsSalesforce experienceCompensation and Benefits
