Associate Brand Manager
to join their team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow their brand presence, manage strategic marketing initiatives and engage with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, consumer-focused brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management within a food CPG company and bring expertise in brand strategy, product positioning and market analysis.
Associate Brand Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies and positioning to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty among target consumersCollaborate with product development teams on new product launches, from concept to market, ensuring alignment with brand values and consumer expectationsConduct regular market analysis, competitive research and consumer insights to inform and refine brand strategiesPartner with cross-functional teams (e.g., digital marketing, sales, and product) to create, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaignsTrack and report on key performance metrics, analyzing the success of campaigns and initiatives to improve future strategiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors, to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
Associate Brand Manager
Requirements:
3+ years of brand management experience within a food CPG companyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related fieldStrong analytical abilities with experience in consumer insights and market analysis toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote settingProven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
