Duties include:Provide operational PMO support on an ongoing basisDevelop IT project management guidelines and templates to drive project standardizationReview projects for adherence to company process and implement any corrective actions neededProvide and/or support program/project management updates on the following:
Roles and Responsibilities (RACI)PMO Activity/ChecklistFinancial ManagementWeekly FinancialsMonthly FinancialsForecast Event FinancialsResource Management/LoadingProject Estimation ProcessWeekly Status ReportingProject Governance (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
Requirements:
IT PMO Governance experience / PMO Process management experience / subject matter expertiseIT Project management background and experience / PMP certification (if available)IT Project Financial management background and experienceAbility to identify gaps / areas of improvement in processes and/or deliverablesAbility to work independently and problem-solveProactive work ethicAbility to collaborate with multiple levels of leadership from project leads to IT / Business Team/Dept/Divisional leadershipExperience in working with Clarity PPM, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Project, and VisioExperience in working with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira team / DevOps collaboration platformsGood communication skills
