Hybird work model (From home/In Office) Performance based bonuses Medical, Dental & Vision 401k with company match We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager to join our client's team, specializing in high-end retail tenant improvement projects and restaurant buildouts. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
This role does require occasional travel for key project milestones - typically no more than a night or two.
Responsibilities: Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial goals. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. Communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Respond promptly to issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Travel Coordination: Effectively plan and manage travel logistics for project needs. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse locations.
Qualifications:
Experience: The ideal candidate is based in the greater Phoenix area and can travel to construction jobsites throughout the country for key project milestones. A candidate who can outline prior experience working on high-end retail tenant improvement projects and/ or restaurant buildouts will get great consideration.
Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
