Employee Relations : Act as a go-to resource for employees, supporting positive interactions and addressing workplace concerns.Payroll & Benefits Administration : Assist with payroll processing and manage benefits enrollment, ensuring smooth operations.Recruiting & Onboarding : Coordinate recruitment efforts and provide seamless onboarding experiences for new team members.Policy & Compliance : Ensure HR policies are updated and followed, staying current with state and federal regulations.Who are you?
Experience : 3+ years as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.Skills : Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Passionate & Personable : Committed to creating an inclusive, productive work environment with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
