Job Description
We're searching for an Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Performance Creative, you will create performance-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
We're only seeking candidates in the New York City area as some in-office time is to be expected.
Reporting to an Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate with our internal partners to develop dynamic creative solutions that create growth for our clients. From concepting, presentation, and execution, you will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work.
You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.You understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects with an audience across all channels.You can generate strategic concepts, both independently and with a Copywriter partner.You will come up with ideas to work with existing assets to reimagine, scale, and repurpose across channels.You will present and sell in creative work to team members and company partners.Qualifications
2 years minimum experience in art direction in advertisingKnowledge building creative in omni-channel social media campaigns (organic and paid), display, OLV, email, and landing pagesConsistency of quality ideasAttention to craft exemplified in a diverse portfolio of workExpertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, concept and execution motion skillsWe are seeking candidates in the New York area, as some office time is to be expected.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
