Job Description

We're looking for a

Senior Art Director, Multicultural

with experience art directing for and an understanding of the

Hispanic market

to join our

Digital Performance Creative

team. We are looking for someone who has concepted and worked with multicultural content and

understands the cultural nuances and regionalisms of Hispanic culture . You will report to an Associate Creative Director, Performance Creative.You understand the nuances of digital media channels, including social, website/UX, and SEO-centric video.You will do hands-on design work and concepting for a variety of digital deliverables including digital display, paid social assets, online video, banners and more.You will be paired with a Sr Copywriter, MulticulturalQualifications

5 years minimum experience in art direction or graphic design in advertising, or content marketingKnowledge building creative in omni-channel social media campaigns (organic and paid), display, OLVExperience doing

hands on design

and art direction of

paid social assets, banner ads, digital online videos, display and OOHFluent in SpanishExperienced in Multicultural advertisingDiverse portfolio of workExpertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
