Engage partner marketing and sales teams, and get them excited about driving new business together
Drive partner enablement and training, working closely with our product marketing and customer success teams
Define, plan, and execute all elements of the co-branded partner marketing program, covering partner email marketing, digital advertising, sales scripts, SDR follow up sequences, etc. working closely with our digital marketing and email marketing teams
Design and "own" evergreen, attractive join marketing programs with our priority partners, including joint webinars, podcasts, inclusion in partner customer newsletters, and any other partner-led customer facing activities, leveraging our in-house webinar team and best performing content
Own branding and execution of in-person events with partners
Initiate, enable, and drive joint partner "sales blitz" days, in tandem with our SDR/BDR team
Own the partner MDF and spiffs budget, and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives
Drive continuous innovation and improvement, based on cross-industry channel marketing best practices, and on our own evolving experience
QualificationsProven experience in driving a successful partner marketing program that brought significant new partner-originated business
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, channel and partner marketing, field and digital marketing, either "in the channel" and/or with B2B vendors, with a proven track record of combining clever strategy with meticulous execution to deliver results
Highly organized, strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to challenges.
A team player, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, who can easily work with people up and down the seniority spectrum, and across multiple partners' organizational cultures
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
