Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025Travel %: 10%Pay: $119,000 to $205,850What will you doThe Senior Manager Brand Strategy, Oral Care is responsible for Integrated Planning (IBP, FBP, 3YOP, ICP), Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Activation Lead, and HOBA for the US Oral Care business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the integrated planning process, inclusive of IBP, FBP, 3YOP, and ICPOwn the strategy and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management for the Oral Care business.Represent the US Oral Care team with key customer engagements (BAP Share Outs/Ins, strategic planning sessions, etc.)Partner with E2E team to understand consumer and external trends to establish Health of Business understanding, review process, and drive recommendations on strategic outcomesRepresent the financial position relative to plan and risks & opportunities to leadership. Partner closely with Finance to build financial projections in strategic plan, operating plan, business plan and ongoing financial updates.Lead development of Operating/Business Plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targets.Plan and direct performance of two direct reports; motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address issues and resolve problems.Ensure quality and compliance among all employees through timely GMP training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, timely reporting deviations noted in the workplace, and embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first timeEnsure employees under his/her scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures for the execution of their role and maintain current with training requirements during the year.Promote an environment of employee inclusion in the workplace.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsA BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required, MBA is preferred.A minimum of 6 years of commercial experience is required.Marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Healthcare is required.Candidates must demonstrate strong strategic thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.Ability to work within and lead a cross functional team is required.Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required.Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results.Prior P&L ownership is requiredAgency management experience is requiredThis position requires up to 10% domestic travel.Desired Qualifications:Previous people management experience is preferred.Experience working with national customers preferred.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850 (if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
