Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Reports to: Senior Manager, Pediatric ProfessionalLocation: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)Pay: $88,000.00 - $124,000.00What will you doThe Associate Manager for Pediatric Professional is a newly created position responsible for maximizing the company's scientific leadership in the Pediatric professional space. The position will work across the Self-Care and Skin Health business units to support in the building of an end-to-end Professional team that leverages Kenvue's portfolio of pediatric products to engage with Pediatricians.Key Responsibilities:Provide support in developing a Pediatric portfolio business model that ties to the Kenvue's Pediatric brand's strategies and business objectives. Building connections across the Pediatric brand teams to create synergistic plans amplified across multiple HCP touchpoints.DRI for respective brand(s) within Kenvue Pediatrics ecosystem guidance and ensure excellence in sales execution, paid media, consumer promotion, conferences, trade activations, and CRM.Manage multiple workstreams while executing with excellence.Build comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales.Manage brand budget and analytics to help deliver business objectives including Doctor recommendation growth and NPI goals.Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.What we are looking forEducation:A four-year degree is required.An MBA is preferred.Required Experience:3-4 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.Experience in brand marketing management is preferred, or HCP Marketing & Sales Experience.Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, analysis and reporting, business management experience and be customer/market oriented.Knowledge of OTC category or pediatrics is a preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities and brands is preferred.Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.Ability to work closely with cross-functional, externally and other internal teams is required.Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value is preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred.Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000.00 - $124,000.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
