Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Prepare, produce, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports measuring, monitoring, and alerting the business regarding unforeseen shifts in the performance. Make recommendations for and implement improvements to drive business outcomes.Intermediate level of knowledge of departmental processes and dynamics, along with basic understanding of cross-functional processes and proceduresUnderstand, interpret, analyze, and visually represent data in various forms as necessaryIdentify use cases, testing scenarios and workflow changes.Provide Quality Assurance support for manual and automated exception tasks to ensure customer accounts are being fixed accurately and within the established SLA. Provide recommendations to improve quality and performanceAssist with analysis and improvement of current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to achieve business objectivesPropose solutions for business decisions using key findings and visuals whenever necessary. Identify and recommend automation and solutions while working through projectsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment. Quickly adjust to real-time changes while maintaining a can-do attitudeAbility to deliver formal presentations up to Senior Managers; Ability to effectively communicate, share information, and influence up to Head Of/Director LevelAbility to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the integrity of work. Meets performance metric expectations and produces quantifiable results
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or 1+ years of relevant experienceSkills and Qualifications:High level of computer expertise, including office productivity suite (MS Office, Google Workspace)Demonstrated proficiency in job-specific functionsBasic Level of SQL query languagesIntermediate level of preparing reports and data visualizationsAbility to prioritize work and shift direction in an ever-changing environmentAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefits
