About the role:
This position supports the marketing team and is responsible for developing and supporting campaigns that grow awareness and understanding of Liquid I.V’s impact program. This position will lead impact marketing, including the development and execution of all consumer facing impact campaigns, content strategies, messaging and integration with the go-to-market teams. This role will work closely with the impact team and the brand team to develop meaningful content and messaging that speaks to Liquid I.V.’s efforts in water access, hydration aid and disaster relief, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will also work cross-functionally with the creative, social, PR, partnerships, influencer, and leadership teams to bring projects and campaigns to life.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
Lead the development through execution of Impact Marketing Campaigns in partnership with Creative Director and creative team, and potentially external partners.
Work with the go-to-market team channel leads to develop consumer facing, relevant content that inspires consumers.
Serve as the connection between marketing and impact teams.
Collaborate with creative team on creative asset needs and production where necessary.
Develop and manage the impact marketing calendar, content strategy, and messaging matrix.
Work alongside Unilever impact teams and legal to verify all claims and finalize messaging.
Collaborate with partners and nonprofit organizations to ensure all messaging and content is correctly communicated.
Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance to measure consumer sentiment and effectiveness of communications.
Support the launch of new products and innovations that have ties to impact efforts.
Engage marketing teams with impact team to provide feedback & perspective to guide brand strategy and product development for future planning.
Develop and own impact content for external-facing decks, working closely with the impact and marketing teams to gather and translate information.
Undertake specific company projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
4+ years of Impact Marketing experience, with a preference for those familiar with purpose-driven consumer brands.
Experience managing and collaborating with external marketing and creative agencies.
Experience in developing strong purpose-driven/impact marketing campaigns – from conception through execution.
Experience in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including nonprofit organizations, marketing, sales, legal, ecommerce and external agencies.
Proven production experience including building shot lists, giving creative feedback, collaborating on storyboards hiring videographers/photographers, etc.
Proven experience in developing impact/purpose-led campaigns.
Highly detail-oriented and diligent, with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work even regardless of time constraints.
Project Management Experience appreciated.
A self-starter who is results-driven and solution-oriented, with a positive and collaborative attitude.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
