Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst for our Digital Services client. You will be working with their top end client located in Redmond, Washington who is implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Order Management System to provide post implementation support. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and work as a liaison between technical and functional teams as the end client continues to release new enhancements and updates. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite at their end client in Redmond, Washington.
