Your Impact
The Sr. Manager, Digital Engagement Planning role leads a team of managers and/or high-scope individual contributors responsible for the development and deployment of digital commerce strategies supporting enterprise and online-centric events on Lowes.com.
This leader partners closely with Marketing leaders and associates to prototype, test and scale best-inclass methods of product digital merchandising, utilizing these learnings to flawlessly plan always-on, event-based and reengagement tactics, consistently iterating for optimal business outcomes. This leader also partners closely with Digital Product, DACI and Content Production teams to innovate new methods of highlighting products and content on Lowes.com to motivate customers and build affinity with our customers so that they view our digital properties as a primary destination for home improvement. The Sr. Manager is responsible for onsite top of funnel & event customer satisfaction, customer retention and frequency, conversion rate and sales demand for Lowes.com, while driving an integrated Omnichannel experience. They will be accountable for ensuring that Lowes.com maximizes its site merchandising performance across all existing and emerging digital capabilities, as well as the explicit dimensions of promotional event strategy, non-product content deployment and customer engagement/retention. They will collaborate with aligned technology resources to develop a customer-centric roadmap to deliver against these aspirations for digital consumer engagement. The Sr. Manager, Digital Engagement Planning will lead a mid-sized multinational team and be responsible for inspiring, managing and developing team members against business objectives.
What you will do
•Develops and manages deployment of the DIY engagement strategy to optimize digital commerce on Lowes.com
•Works closely with Marketing leaders and teams to understand and develop digital merchandising strategies around integrated planning and enterprise event calendars
•Partners with aligned Digital Product and DACI Analytics teams to deliver new technologies, tactics and tooling to deliver against consumer engagement goals
•Partners with cross functional partners in Finance, Pricing & Promotions, Supply Chain and others to flawlessly execute enterprise-led and online-only events across all digital/omni touchpoints
•Manages a team of engagement planning and/or reengagement associates to create and seamlessly deploy digital merchandising tactics that maximize site real estate and iterates quickly to course correct indicators of non-performance across all digital touchpoints
•Analyzes and leverages performance data and customer behaviors, as well as competitive benchmarking, to identify areas necessary to improve the DIY consumer site experience
•Analyzes DIY consumer behavior to instrument a robust testing and prototyping plan that informs future digital merchandising strategies and necessary technical capabilities
•Consistently optimizes targeting segments against the digital customer funnel by analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to improve against core metrics
•Analyzes performance against assigned objectives to maximize sales, margin, retention/engagement and conversion to inform future digital and/or omnichannel strategies
•Builds, develops, and leads a blended team of managers and high-potential individual contributors, which includes preparing them for growth opportunities and advancement while recruiting, selecting, and hiring talent
•Maintains and inspires a highly skilled and engaged team with a focus on clear and consistent communication around company objectives, responsibilities, and expectations
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree Business, marketing, finance or related field
•8 Years Experience in brand or product management; merchandising, and/or ecommerce
•6 Years Experience leading a team

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $107,800.00 - $179,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
