Your Impact
The Sr. Analyst, Digital Engagement Execution, is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing enterprise event, campaign, and promotional initiatives to help grow the digital business. This role will manage the end-to-end Lowes.com event and promotional work streams with guidance and support from managers using testing, analytics, and by collaborating with cross-functional groups. Support can include the creation and implementation of landing pages, on-site banners, curated item lists, and other site
content updates. They will review and analyze post-event/campaign reports to provide actionable insights on how to improve and optimize the digital experience for future events/campaigns. The Sr Analyst will be expected to develop a deep understanding of online objectives and key results and help guide work across the team accordingly.
What you will do
•Collaborate and maintain relationships with cross-functional groups such as Merchants, Brand Marketing, Pricing & Promotions, Digital Production, digital commerce partners (US and IND), to ensure all teams have required information for supporting online campaigns/promotions. Responsible for sharing results and insights to evolve with learnings.
•Execute online event, campaign, and promotional work of medium to large scope
•Track and document campaign and promotional timelines, action steps, and project status and provide weekly updates to leadership
•Oversee and leverage campaign and promotional dashboards, and build reports to interpret and communicate performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Medallia, Fullstory, Power BI
•Lead process improvement efforts within the campaign and promotional planning and execution processes.
•Actively lead and participate in team discussions, business reviews and recurring huddles/touchpoints.
•Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end online customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
•Develop and present communications to partner teams at varying levels that convey the right message in an effective way to the appropriate audience
•Serve as mentor and coach for team members
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
•4-5 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Retail experience and/or digital omni channel experience

Pay Range: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
