The Global IMPACT team—Integrated Marketing, Partnerships, Action, Communications, and The Climate Pledge (TCP)—is looking for a Senior Art Director to oversee our visual, voice, and identity for a variety of creative, brand, and digital products. This team establishes Amazon’s leadership in corporate sustainability by demonstrating how we use our size and scale to have a positive impact on people and the planet. This team works both within Amazon and externally on partnerships and joint initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with the Creative Director and external partners to create a variety of art direction and design deliverables for programs across engagement, documents, reporting, presentations, digital experiences, toolkits, and events.
Create and manage the usage of bar-raising asset and identity systems for multiple brands; ensure alignment to Amazon parent brand guidelines.
Scale and implement modern CX and design tools such as wireframes, user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, and IA.
Partner with and lead agencies and cross-divisional partners to raise the bar on website, event, and reporting experiences.
Develop scalable tools and systems to manage creative workflows; implement best practices for briefing and reviewing work across teams, contract designers, and external agencies.
Build trust, respect, and credibility with stakeholders, management peers, and executives.
Illustrate a command of creative methods, software (Adobe, Figma, etc.) tools, communication, and presentation skills.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
