Vice President Enablement, Product & Industry Marketing
What does a successful Vice President Enablement, Product & Industry Marketing do?
The VP of Enablement for Industry & Product Marketing will work closely with the Head (SVP) of Merchant Solutions to create a scalable approach to delivering fully integrated, effective, and efficient marketing organization. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives forward for Product & Industry Marketing.
What you will do:
Support design, implement, and manage marketing enablement programs including training and development, onboarding, and other strategic initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor and drive culture/employee engagement excellence within the team
Develop and manage dashboards to measure progress via metrics in partnership with the Marketing Ops & Insights team
Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments
Shape / Drive strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional alignment through thoughtful planning and stakeholder collaboration
Review and advise to continuously improve activities to ensure processes and tools are optimized and aligned to achieve the best possible results
Communicate and manage information flow to ensure the segment marketing teams are up to date on critical information and decisions
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree
12+ years of experience in marketing functions
B2B & B2C experience
Experience managing teams
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some weekends
What would be great to have:
Experience as a Chief of Staff or a leader of Marketing Operations and/or Marketing Enablement
MBA or master’s degree
Financial Service Experience
Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a direct and cross functional team
