Vice President, Associate Communications

What does a successful Vice President, Associate Communications do at Fiserv?

The Vice President, Associate Communications will play a critical role in shaping our culture, elevating brand awareness, and inspiring Fiserv associates globally to engage as brand ambassadors. As the leader of this team, you will build a modern center of excellence to deliver a compelling internal narrative, campaigns and content for key enterprise moments fueled by an exciting, new employee ambassador program. Your voice will resonate worldwide in advancing the Fiserv culture and brand.

What you will do:

Serve as a strategic advisor on associate communications to our management team, Head of Communications and Chief Brand, Marketing and Communications Officer.

Create an associate communications strategy that thoughtfully leverages the voices of our leaders and engages associates in key enterprise and initiatives with plans that can be implemented across our global team.

Develop, launch and scale an employee ambassador program that inspires and engages and Fiserv associates in promoting our brand externally.

Drive the development of a compelling narrative and stories that highlight our brand, business strategy and performance priorities across a modern set of channels designed to reach and engage Fiserv associates where they are.

Partner with the Fiserv management team and key leaders to develop and lead a year-round focus on our culture and associate engagement.

Serve as the Fiserv lead on internal change initiatives.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance associate communication backed by proactive analysis and measurement of our strategy, plans and channels.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

12 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, communications experience, and/or military experience

7+ years' experience managing a team

Corporate Communications experience
