Your role
We are looking for a proactive and driven
IT Project Manager
with
3+ years
of experience to manage large-scale IT projects with a focus on post-acquisition integrations. You will work within a dynamic global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT integration and business transformation initiatives. This is a critical role within our company, ensuring the successful integration of newly acquired companies' IT systems into our global infrastructure.
What you'll do Lead IT Projects:
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large IT projects across different business units, ensuring that all project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline. Post-Acquisition Integration:
Support the IT integration process for newly acquired businesses, ensuring the smooth transition of IT systems, networks, applications, and security controls. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with multiple internal teams, including IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external stakeholders, to drive project success. Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery, and work proactively to mitigate these risks, escalating issues when necessary. Budget Management:
Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met, and resources are allocated efficiently. Project Documentation:
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers, using standard project management tools. Compliance and Security:
Ensure that all IT projects comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and internal security protocols. Vendor Coordination:
Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes, managing contracts, SLAs, and deliverables. Change Management:
Facilitate change management efforts, including end-user training, communication plans, and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes. What you'll need
