Position Overview:
KODA Technologies is looking for a C3BM Principle Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to engage in Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
12+ years of experience requiredMaster's Degree in STEM requiredActive Secret ClearanceKnowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability requiredProficiency in system engineering and execution processesAble to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environmentWork within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badgeless contractor environmentFamiliarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
