Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr Art Director to join our in-house creative team at Fingerhut, where you’ll design for an omnichannel customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and social media design. As the Sr Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to completion and ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with our brand identity.

This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the creation of high-quality digital and social media content.Oversee the development of creative concepts and designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other online platforms.Collaborate with the digital content team to develop visually compelling content strategies that align with brand objectives and engage the target audience.Design and produce visually appealing graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for digital and social media channels.Stay up to date with the latest digital design trends, social media platforms, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional digital design experience.2+ years of video production and animation.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and best practices.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and successful projects.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related fieldExperience with social media platforms and tools, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working with a computer and other work-related equipment up to 9 hours per day. Additionally, tasks may include occasional lifting of documents up to 10 pounds. When working in the office, home and/or other locations there will be occasional bending, twisting, reaching and moving.
