This role will join a dynamic team of experts using data to improve all areas of our business. The Senior Data Analyst will help create value through machine learning and AI, assist in reporting through our various data products, and work with data engineers to ensure smooth data flows to end users. This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.Duties and Responsibilities:Forecasting, modeling, and generative AI via our citizen data science platformOwnership and upkeep of data products, including web analytics, fraud detection, and generative AI toolsCollaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needsBuild and refine dashboards and visualizations that allow stakeholders to access insights and track KPIsOwn end user relationships and assist with data quality and troubleshootingRequired Qualifications:Experience in BI reporting tools such as Power BI or LookerKnowledge of SQL3+ Years Analytics and Reporting experienceA strong acumen for data storage, usage, and analysisProven experience translating complex data into simple, actionable insights for business stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI technologyExperience utilizing web analytics tool sets including but not limited to Google Analytics and Adobe AnalyticsLooker administration and LookML authoringExperience with Tealium AudienceStream and EventStreamGrowth mindset and willingness to try new methods, platforms, and technologiesExperience in a Redshift or Databricks environmentForecasting and Machine Learning via DataikuPhysical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working with a computer and other work-related equipment for up to 9 hours per day. Additionally, tasks may include occasional lifting of documents up to 10 pounds. When working in the office, home and/or other locations there will be occasional bending, twisting, reaching, and moving.
