Plant Operating Planning Specialist

to join our team, reporting directly to the Ferrero Hazelnut Industrial Manager.

In this role, you will oversee plant operations planning for all product categories, ensuring the definition of production schedules and effective material management in line with our targets.

If you have strong planning skills and relevant experience, we encourage you to apply! You'll be supported by a dynamic and dedicated team.Main Responsibilities:* Develop production plans for all locations (four different plants) based on central planning demands and raw material requirements

* Ensure the provision of necessary packaging materials in line with the production plans for all locations

* Coordinate the transfer of raw materials from warehouses and hazelnut purchase points to appropriate warehouses or production areas, considering their caliber, physical, and chemical properties, according to seasonal and weekly production plans

* Monitor raw material and semi-finished stock levels to effectively plan material requirements in alignment with production schedulesWho we are looking for:* Bachelor's degree

* Preferably knowledgeable about the technical and technological aspects of hazelnut production

* Experience in production and engineering is advantageous

* Strong communication and influencing skills, along with proficiency in SAP and analytical abilities
