About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Corporate & Executive Communications will report to the VP of Communications and Publicity. The communications team gets the opportunity to tell the Tubi story to a wide variety of audiences, from consumers and partners to advertisers and employees. Tubi's unique platform enables unmatched creativity in storytelling making the communications function fun and energizing. We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented self-starter interested in storytelling, the intersection of media and technology, and energizing the team. In this role, you will lead executive thought leadership for the company and support the org through a strategic look at internal communications, making sure company news and initiatives are accurately and properly shared with employees so they feel well-informed and like they can be Tubi evangelists. This position will be hybrid in either our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York offices.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain the executive thought leadership program for Tubi including managing and leading strategy for speaking opportunities, awards, power lists and moreDefine thoughtful and personal tracks where executives can help drive the Tubi narrative forward through the lens of their part of the business whether that's from product, marketing, advertising, tech, content or the office of the CEOBuild and manage relationships with event organizers and media to ensure we can secure the right opportunitiesPartner with spokespeople on topics of interest, prepare speaking submissionsManage messaging and materials development for speaking opportunities, run rehearsals and prep callsPrepare materials to socialize and promote where our executives are speakingPartner with the broader communications team and external resources for media training and spokespeoples training to ensure executives are well prepared for the opportunities we provide themLead communications around new executive hiresWork as a strategic partner to the rest of the business to provide guidance and feedback on internal communications including spokesperson prep as needed and messaging guidance for critical communications touchpointsSupport major external announcement moments internally through channel strategy, messaging, brown bag planning or moreCollaborate with FOX for major internal moments including supporting the CSR report and OneFOX and on thought leadership and awardsQualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting executives and/or a communications team in an internal communications functionExperience at a tech or entertainment company is preferredExperience designing and executing digital communications strategy is preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuitesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExceptional project management skills and time management skillsDemonstrated adaptability and professional maturityAttention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the work doneProven ability to think ahead, engage proactively and take initiativeSelf-starter, strong problem solver and project ownerExcellent team player who is committed, optimistic, enthusiastic, and creativePursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
